Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account on ase367 or using any service on ase367.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ase367. If you do not agree with any part, please do not proceed with registration.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are incorporated here by reference. Where a promotion has specific rules, those rules take precedence over these general terms for that promotion only.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must meet all of the following conditions to open and use an ase367 account:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are registering for yourself — not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ase367 for rule violations.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. ase367 reserves the right to request identity documents before releasing funds if unusual activity is detected. Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an open dispute or if bonus wagering requirements are unmet.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses offered by ase367 are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the following conditions apply:

Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 215% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳19,000. The bonus and deposit must be wagered 10× before any withdrawal is requested. The bonus is valid for 7 days from the date it is credited.

Reload and Cashback

Existing players can access a 26% reload bonus on qualifying deposits. Daily cashback starts at 1.4% at Bronze VIP level and increases with each tier. Cashback is calculated on net losses and credited automatically — no manual claim needed.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend who makes a qualifying deposit, and you earn ৳325 once their account meets the eligibility criteria. Referral bonuses are not subject to wagering requirements.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after clearing the wagering requirement.
• ase367 may cancel a bonus if it suspects abuse, bonus stacking, or use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are intended for real-money gameplay only, not for arbitrage or low-risk hedging strategies.

Gameplay and Fair Use

All games on ase367 are powered by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, KA Gaming, PG Soft, Sexy Gaming, and Red Tiger. Each game has an independently verified RTP. Results are determined by certified random number generators and cannot be influenced by ase367 or the player.

The following actions may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches, or software bugs.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games.
• Any form of chargebacks or payment fraud.

In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, ase367 will resolve the round based on the state of the game at the last confirmed point. ase367 is not liable for losses arising from connection failures on the player's side.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ase367 is required to verify the identity of players before processing their first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include:

Documents must be valid, clearly photographed, and match the details on your account. KYC review typically takes up to 24 hours. Players who cannot or will not complete KYC will not be able to withdraw funds. ase367 may request re-verification at any time if account details change.

Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is closed due to a rule violation, any bonus funds present will be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding bonus) will be returned to you after investigation, provided no fraudulent activity is confirmed. Appeals can be submitted by emailing [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

ase367 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all games or services at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Errors in odds or payouts caused by clearly incorrect data feeds (these will be corrected and affected bets may be voided).
• Any tax liability that may arise in your jurisdiction from winnings.

Updates to These Terms

ase367 may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision date. Continued use of your account after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
